The Whitefish Veterans Support Team hosts two annual retreats for veterans and their spouses/caregivers that include airfare, lodging, and support sessions. Attendees engage in challenging activities like skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, wakeboarding, river rafting, and fly fishing, providing needed downtime and positive community events. Activities are tailored to individual needs, with professional instruction and equipment provided to ensure everyone feels accomplished.

We provide an opportunity for individuals to have fun, feel a true sense of community and build meaningful relationships that will advance their healing process and empower them to take charge of their lives. WVST members volunteer their time, and all equipment is provided by members or gracious supporters.

We are a small group of Whitefish residents that are dedicated to improving the lives of injured veterans and creating community awareness to help us in this meaningful effort.
